Multilingual design
Speak your visitors' languages
Good design is accessible, and that includes language. I love it when clients want to make their marketing and design multilingual. The challenge can be tying all of the languages together so that none of them feel like add-ons, and to avoid unnecessary repetition. These examples from the Intercambios exhibition at the Ruth Davis Design Gallery and the Wisconsin Triennial (above) and Home exhibitions at Madison Museum of Contemporary Art are some of my favorites, since the languages help deliver the messages of the exhibition together.
